Volunteers!
Do you want to be part of the Harvest Gathering team? Volunteering is a great way to be on the inside of this beautiful festival! Enrich your experience by learning new things and meeting new people. It’s fun and we could use your help!
If you are interested in volunteering at this year’s harvest gathering, we love you! Please check out the different areas and see what seems to be a good fit for you. You need to complete 2 three-hour shifts to pay for your admission into the festival.
You will pay at the gate (please note: if you pay with check, you will not be able to get your original check back, but you will be reimbursed) and upon completion of your 2 shifts you will be reimbursed. You can also be sponsored by a team leader, ask about that in your application.
If you are approved for your requested volunteer spot, we’re counting on you! You do however have the ability to change your shifts if absolutely necessary. We ask that you do this as little as possible for the sake of our own sanity, but it is available for your convenience!
We also ask that when you commit to a shift that you show up, 10 minutes early and please take the commitment seriously.
To volunteer please click here to register and then you will be given a password and user I.D to enter our volunteer database.
If you volunteered last year and you remember your information, it should still work.
After you're approved make sure that you log back in and pick your spots!
